Training boost for all volunteers

Boosting local and flexible training for volunteers is the aim of one of the Volunteer Support Year One initiatives that has seen five new region training co-ordinators for rural and seven additional urban capability trainers employed around the country. A further five urban capability trainers will be on-boarded by the end of January. This is part of the work to focus all region based trainers on working locally to ensure they support brigades and fire forces.
