Wellington Fire Brigade advise the passing of ex Station Officer Graham Hackworthy (Hack) Saturday the 11th of December 2021. Graham served as a Career Firefighter for many years in Wellington Fire Brigade particularly at Thorndon and Kilbirnie stations. Graham was a Gold Star Member of the brigade.

Wellington Operational Support Unit advises of the passing of Life Honorary Member Salvin “John” Wilson. John served the unit from 25 March 1968 until retiring as a Station Officer on 1 December 2003. He was an active Life Honorary Member.

Cambridge Volunteer Fire Brigade advises of the passing of ex-firefighter Ernie Brown on 4 December. Ernie started with Cambridge Fire Brigade on 9 December 2000 and transferred to Rangiora Brigade on 25 April 2007.
