Te Hiku Fire Region wish to advise the passing of Ex Senior Fire Commander Dave Woodward, on Tuesday morning this week. Dave rose through the ranks in Auckland, SO, SSO, Fourth Officer, Acting Third Officer, Senior Divisional Officer, Third Officer, DCFO, and then Senior Fire Commander.
