Wallingford Volunteer Rural Fire Brigade advise the passing of Colin Russell on Monday 4th October 2021. Colin was a very early member of the Wallingford Rural Fire Unit under the Central Hawkes Bay Rural Fire Authority before joining Fire and Emergency New Zealand in 2017.
