Welcome to our 19 newest career firefighters
After 12 weeks of training at our National Training Centre in Rotorua, and a six week pause due to COVID-19 restrictions, 19 new career firefighters finally graduated on 14 October and joined the Fire and Emergency crew.

The group will now be serving their communities at fire stations across the country.
Here are the districts where they will be based:
Auckland – 9
Rotorua – 1
Wellington – 4
Christchurch - 2
Timaru - 2
Southland – 1
