It is with regret that the Gore Volunteer Fire Brigade advise of the passing of retired Station Officer Gary MacKenzie. Gary completed 20 years of service with the Gore and Clinton Brigades and often turned out by day with the Heriot VFB.

The Diamond Harbour Volunteer Fire Brigade sadly advise of the passing of ex Chief Fire Officer Charlie Dudley on Saturday 8 June 2024. Charlie served as the Chief Fire Officer with Diamond Harbour from April 1961 to August 2000. Details of the funeral service to follow.
Mission accomplished in Papua New Guinea
