We’re almost halfway through Movember and true to form, our people are stepping up to the challenge for this important cause, raising not just funds but also greater awareness, understanding and action around men’s mental health issues.

At the top of the leaderboard, Flaming Mo’s, having raised a whopping $27,513 last year, are at it again pounding the pavement. Check out their team page(external link) and donate.

Te Ūpoko’s Jordan Martin(external link) is summitting Wainuiomata hill every day during November, wearing full firefighting gear and completing 60 reps of whatever his supporters throw at him. That's four ultra-marathons with 1,800 reps! Ka rawe!

And on 19 and 20 November, Kumeu Volunteer Fire Brigade is participating in a 24-hour stair climbing challenge on a stair master machine at the local gym. You can support the team on their Movember page(external link). Ngā manaakitanga!

Check out the Fire and Emergency leaderboard(external link) and get involved. This year’s target is $60,000. Let’s see if we can beat it!
