NHQ close-down over Christmas and New Year

This year NHQ will be closed from 5.00pm on Friday 22 December 2023 and will reopen on Wednesday 03 January 2024.

All documentation for processing by payroll for December/January must be with the payroll team no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 19 December 2023.

Please notify payroll of any Leavers and New Employees as soon as possible, to ensure that payments are processed without disruption to the employee.

Requests for payroll processing that don’t meet this close-off deadline will need to be held over for the pay run due on 24 January 2024.

As Christmas Day and Boxing Day fall directly before payday, the payment that is due to be paid on 27 December 2023 will be paid early on Friday, 22 December 2023.  The payment date for the following pay period of 10 January 2024 is unchanged.

The SMS download for the payrun due on 27 December 2023 will be processed on Thursday, 21 December 2023 – 1 day earlier than usual.  This will mean that any additional hours, overtime or allowances claimed from Thursday, 21 December 2023 until Wednesday, 27 December 2023 will not be paid until the following payrun due to be paid on 10 January 2024.
