Rick joined the brigade 29/04/1974 and resigned 24/02/2000. A service was held with family and friends on 03/05/22.

Cambridge Fire Brigade advises of the passing of CFO Don Gerrand (QSM) on 2 May 2022. Don joined the brigade on 3 November 1968, was appointed as CFO on 23 March 1994, and was awarded the QSM in 2008.

Ashhurst Volunteer Fire Brigade wishes to advise of the passing of Trevor Teal. Trevor served the Ashhurst community from 1966 to 1987, rising to the rank of Senior Station Officer (as Ashhurst was still an auxiliary brigade). He was made a Life Honorary Member in 1987.
