Volunteer discounts

Frequent Values^TM is a web site that gives volunteers access to a range of discounted products and services around New Zealand. 

Volunteers simply need to log into the Frequent Values^TM website using their surname and volunteer number, e.g. Smith 900001.

Get started

Use SMS to find your volunteer number(external link), or ask your VSO/DPRFO. Watch the videos for more information, and then log into Frequent Values^TM(external link) to find and use discounts.

Please note: the surname field is case sensitive. The first letter of your surname needs to be a capital and then the rest in lower case e.g. Smith.
