As you may be aware, Fire and Emergency’s IT Service Desk support is currently provided by our an external provider. These are the people who answer your calls when you dial 0800 374 843 or email 

In line with our IT commitment to continual improvement, we are currently running a brief survey to understand the current level of satisfaction with the services provided by the Spark Service Desk. 

Your feedback is important in ensuring that your technical queries or issues are resolved in the best way possible!
