System outages 15 May - ICAD Data Reports
Our ICT team is carrying out an upgrade to the Incident repository database. I/CAD reporting and SMS Incident management will be unavailable.
Other systems will also be affected, SMS (importing events) and SMART Status will have no new incident data during this outage.
Outage window: Monday 15th May
9:25am to 11:45am 2 hours, 20 minutes total outage
Expected impact:
- I/CAD reporting and SMS Incident management will be unavailable during this time.
- SMS, SMART Status, CCD, GIS, Cognos will also be affected where they access incident data.
