Feilding Volunteer Fire Brigade advises the passing of Ray Huxford QSM, former Brigade Support and Life Member on Thursday 9 February 2023.

Ray had been a member of the Manaia Volunteer Fire Brigade, then Kimbolton Volunteer Fire Brigade rising to the rank of CFO and latterly Brigade Support for the Feilding Volunteer Fire Brigade. He was a recipient of the UFBA 50 year service medal.

A funeral to celebrate Ray's life will be held on Monday 27th February 11am at the St John’s Church in Feilding.

All Fire and Emergency personnel wishing to attend should wear dress uniform.
