Te Kauwhata Volunteer Fire Brigade advise of the passing of Paul Louis Halverson on Sunday 24 October.

Paul served with the Porirua Fire Brigade from 1975 until 1978. He served the Auckland Volunteer Fire Brigade Police Unit from 2009 until 2011 and with the Auckland Operational Support Unit from 2011 until 2021. He joined the Te Kauwhata Volunteer Fire Brigade in August 2022 and served until June 2023.

Paul's funeral will be held at 1pm on Friday 3 November at St Andrew's Church, 11 Scott Road, Te Kauwhata.
