Spencerville Volunteer Fire Brigade (formerly Brooklands VFB) advise the passing of Neil Petersen.

Neil was one of our foundation members and jointly responsible for the formation of the Brooklands VFB (member #4). Neil is a life member of our brigade and a valued brigade member who was still actively involved in our social events.

Neil passed away at Christchurch Hospital on February 19th, 2024, aged 87 years.

A service to celebrate Neil’s life will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, 15-19 London Street, Christchurch on Friday February 23rd at 10am
