We are proposing to change the way we manage complaints - from initial enquiries through to resolution.

This change is part of Fire and Emergency’s response to the recommendations in the Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission review report, released in December 2022. It is also a response to feedback from our personnel.

We have released a consultation document outlining options for change and the rationale behind them. We value your feedback and encourage you to provide any ideas or suggestions you may have.

Consultation closes on 15 August 2023.
