As a mark of mourning and respect and in accordance with protocol, the New Zealand Flag is to be flown at half-mast on all government and public buildings for the remainder of today, Monday, 3 February 2020, to mark the death of former Prime Minister Rt Hon Michael Kenneth Moore ONZ AO PC.

Three months’ notice is hereby given that all career staff who hold the following ranks, and who attend emergency incidents in an operational response or command capacity, are required to successfully complete the PCA during 2020.
