We are recruiting for Technicians and Logistics personnel for USAR. Successful applicants must have completed the CAT-1R or an equivalent course before they start the USAR CAT-2 Technicians and Logistics course.

The residential CAT-2 Technicians and Logistics course is scheduled to be held in Palmerston North between Monday 21 August to Friday 8 September 2023 inclusive.

The compulsory 72-hour exercise for both Technicians and Logistics course participants will require all personnel to be in Auckland from Monday 4 September 2023 until the completion of the course on Friday 8 September 2023.

Preference will be given to personnel who live and work within two and a half hours travel time of one of the following USAR Team Bases:
Northern Team – 2 Poynton Terrace, Auckland City Station
Central Team – 50 Cook St, Palmerston North Fire Station
Southern Team – 47 Detroit Drive, Rolleston
