Vacancy: National Manager People and Workforce Capability

Current National Manager People and Workforce Capability, Ian Pickard, will be retiring early next year. We have been recruiting to fill this position for the last few weeks.

Due to an administrative error, this was not put on the Portal when advertised externally. We have now added this to the Portal and delayed the recruitment process by a week to give internal applicants further opportunity to apply. The position is no longer being advertised externally.

The National Manager People and Workforce Capability is crucial for our organisation and plays an important role in the People Branch Leadership Team. The successful applicant will provide organisational thought-leadership, design, delivery and evaluation of capability building initiatives, talent succession and performance and development frameworks. This Tier 3 role will impact meaningful change and influence the future strategic direction of this directorate.
