The Education Technologies team is making personnel aware that they should anticipate delays to support for any complex work on Learning Station from 12 December until the new year.

Due to staffing levels, non-urgent requests for assistance with Learning Station may take longer to action or be deferred until January.

During the holiday shutdown period, Help Desk requests for Learning Station cannot be monitored. All queries and issues will be followed up when Fire and Emergency NHQ reopens on 9 January.
