SERVIMUS WiFi network decommissioning - 6 October

Fire and Emergency is retiring the SERVIMUS WiFi network on Thursday, 6 October.

The network has already been retired from some of our larger sites, including National and Regional Headquarters. All remaining sites will be changed over this Thursday, 6 October. ICT has advised that everyone, both operational and non-operational, need to move any devices using this network to the FENZ-BYOD network as soon as possible.

Devices currently using the SERVIMUS WiFi need to transition to FENZ BYOD, these include all non-Fire and Emergency devices such as mobile phones (both work and personal), TVs and personal laptops. Note, please do not attempt to change the WiFi network for any Mobility Project devices (MG90s, Appliance tablets). They will be dealt with separately.

Here are the steps you need to follow to join our new network - FENZ-BYOD.

Go to 'settings' on your device
Click on Wi-Fi
Under available Wi-Fi networks, select - FENZ-BYOD
Enter the FENZ-BYOD password, which can be found here.
