Results from our 2022 People Survey

Thank you to everyone who completed our People Survey earlier this year. This annual survey is one of the ways we get your views on how we’re doing as an organisation and most importantly meet our value of Auahatanga – we strive to improve.

This year’s results show we have some areas to work on, but we are on the right track. Overall, your feedback shows the five key focus areas Kerry has outlined since becoming CE, and the programmes of work we already have in motion, are the right ones.

Although changes to this year’s survey make comparisons with past years difficult, there is clear indication we are moving towards a more inclusive and respectful environment for volunteers, and employees within their teams, and that our leaders’ actions are aligning more closely with our values. This is really pleasing to see and a good reminder that all of our actions make a difference as we work towards achieving our vision and creating better outcomes for our people and our communities.
