The Positive Workplace Culture programme has been underway since April 2019 and the latest six-month progress report is now publicly available.

The report is available on the Portal and at positiveworkplace.fireandemergency.nz(external link).

The focus of the last six months has been on having the right processes in place for dealing with bullying and harassment and developing a strong new culture where unwanted behaviour doesn’t happen in the first place.

While we still have a long way to go, we are pleased with the progress the Positive Workplace Culture Programme is making.

Changing culture won’t happen overnight and it is going to take 14,000 of us to ensure our people are safe, welcome and included.
