Online education webinar: Basic Life Support and Emergencies for Infants

Our next My Health Hub webinar is ‘Basic Life Support and Emergencies for Infants’ and will be held Wednesday, 24 May, between 7 and 8pm hosted by Natalie Cowley, Nurse Educator, Children’s Emergency Department, Starship Child Health and Cam Grylls, our Senior Specialist, Medical Health.

Fire and Emergency has a partnership agreement with My Health Hub(external link) to deliver health/medical response-related topics to our people once a month in a webinar.

So far, we have had four webinars:

‘Ambulance National Air Desk and ANTS criteria’
‘Helping people in high stress situations’
‘Resuscitation and high-performance CPR’
‘Early trauma – keeping it simple’

We encourage all operational personnel to register for the webinar. The webinars are relatively interactive and have had great feedback.
