As Good Friday falls on our payroll processing day next week, it is necessary for us to bring forward next week’s payroll close-off to 5.00pm on Tuesday, 26 March 2024.

Next week’s pay run will be completed one day earlier on Thursday, 28 March 2024. This will not change the date the money is paid into employee accounts.

It would be appreciated if you could please make sure all payroll documentation is sent to the payroll inbox – NHQPayroll@fireandemergency.nz no later than 5.00pm next Tuesday, 26 March.

Any documentation received after the early close-off will not be able to be processed until the following pay period due on Wednesday, 17 April 2024.

If you have any employees that are leaving Fire and Emergency, please ensure payroll is notified of this as soon as possible with the confirmed last day of work. This is to ensure an overpayment does not occur.
