The Data and Analytics Directorate are excited to announce the launch of their brand new ‘Data User Community’. 

This SharePoint-hosted community will act as a hub for like-minded individuals who use, consume, or are simply interested in data throughout the organisation. 

The core purpose of the Data User Community is to uplift capability through increased understanding across the organisation. 

Members will be able to receive and interact with updates from the range of mahi that the Data and Analytics Directorate carry out. 

We’re encouraging all interested personnel to join the community. However, if you’re still unsure whether this platform is for you, here’s a quick rundown of what a ‘data user’ might look like at Fire and Emergency: 

Data users are those who actively use data in their BAU, those who interact with data passively, and those who are simply interested in learning or hearing about data updates in the organisation from our Data and Analytics directorate.

The SharePoint site is open to all Fire and Emergency personnel. There is the option to ‘Follow’ the page which will ensure you receive a weekly email if there are new news articles and updates. You can also bookmark the page for easy access.
