Those staff who would like to be considered for movement to any station within Area 3, Waitemata Fire Area are to complete the Station Preference form and note up to THREE station preferences. The preference system will allow us to fill current vacancies, and then the vacancies they generate.

This is to advise that after 49 years as an operational firefighter Qualified Firefighter Larry Tolliday has decided to retire from Fire and Emergency New Zealand. Larry will take annual leave soon and will officially leave FENZ on 30 August, 2021.

The position of Te Hiku Representative on the Fire and Emergency Sports Council will soon be vacant. Nominations are being called for this position from members based in Te Hiku Region.
The Waitemata area is looking for three to four new practitioners to support the Fire Awareness and Intervention Programme (FAIP).

Auckland Regional Public Health (ARPH) are available to provide advice to FENZ on the potential health impacts that significant incidents might have on the wider community.
ARPH operate a 24/7/365 on call roster which can provide either:
