Area Management must ensure all BA wearers and Certified Cylinder fillers are aware of this notice and the action to take.
A change has been made to the Fleet Maintenance Process Map to include Equipment Defect Labels.
Immediately check if you have any of the identified BA cylinders and follow the directions provided in this notice.
Drivers of fire appliances should be aware of Fire and Emergency New Zealand’s driving policy, and follow the safety requirements.
When working at heights, a working at heights kit must be used.
Instructions to send your Water Safety Helmets for testing by the manufacturer.
