This notice outlines the consultation process that is currently underway relating to the following legislative changes:• The review and replacement of the Fire Safety and Evacuation of Buildings Regulations 2006• The development of new regulations relating to offences and penalties under the Fire and Emergency New Zealand Act 2017, which will form part of an overall compliance and enforcement strategy that will be developed by Fire and Emergency New Zealand
