Level 2 does mean things get back to some normality but with continuing restrictions. However, it is now an important time where we all must exercise even more self-discipline to ensure we stay alert and keep ourselves safe.Although the number of cases of COVID-19 remain low, the risk is still there. This notice is to provide advice to our fire fighters in Area’s 3, 4 & 5 of the critical fire conditions being experienced due to the ongoing drought in Auckland. Northland is worse off in that acute water shortages are also being experienced, in additional to very dry conditions.
