This notice is replaced by an update, in National Notice 035/2018 dated 28 September 2018.
Area Management must ensure all BA wearers and Certified Cylinder fillers are aware of this notice and the action to take.
A change has been made to the Fleet Maintenance Process Map to include Equipment Defect Labels.
Immediately check if you have any of the identified BA cylinders and follow the directions provided in this notice.
