R1-002/2018: Area 3 Waitemata - Breathing Apparatus Duration Wheel roll out
The roll out of the B. A. duration wheel in Waitemata, Area 3 will start next week. The wheel is a simple manual device for easy calculation of entry control times: Relief Assembled (RA), Relief In (RI) and Time Due Out. They are allocated to telemetry and standard B.

After 38. 5 Years with the New Zealand Fire Service and Fire and Emergency New Zealand, Jim has tendered his resignation. His last day on duty will be Wednesday 24th January 2018 where he will then take some leave.

From now on all ACC Certificates, Medical Certificates and Return to Work Timesheets should be emailed to ACFA_Personnel@fireandemergency. nz. This email folder can be accessed by all Area 4 Executives and Business Support.

Career Station 2nd quarter Audit 2017. The 2nd quarter station audits are due to start in December. All stations are expected to arrive at Area Office at the allocated time and day.
R1-087/2017: Area 5 Counties-Manukau - Grant Thompson Retirement
After 39 Years with the New Zealand Fire Service, Grant has tendered his resignation. His last night on duty will be Monday the 11th Dec. Grant will then take some accrued leave and finish up on the 8th Jan 2018.
