Te Hiku is seeking expressions of interest from staff who wish to be involved with career firefighter recruitment in Te Hiku.We are looking for people to assist with the face to face facets of our recruitment process PPT and PAC.
Te Hiku are seeking expressions of interest for 2 staff to join the National Recruitment Team (NRT) Assessors. Subject to a successful trial period, the position is for two years with the option to extend.
Officer Meeting Dates: All meetings will commence at times below at the cluster station.
Those staff who would like to be considered for movement to any station within Area 4, Auckland City are to apply using the Area 4 Station Preference form and note up to THREE station preferences.

Station Officer, Ewen McRae has completed over 47 years’ with NZ Fire Service and Fire and Emergency. We will be celebrating Ewen’s retirement with morning tea on Wednesday, 24 February 1100 hours at Papatoeotoe Fire Station.
The voluntary water restrictions implemented by Fire and Emergency are now lifted. Crews can return to using reticulated water for appliance cleaning, training and hose and equipment testing.
