The following procedure has been put together by the Ministry of Health and applies to guests/patients being managed within a Quarantine or Managed Isolation Facility.This procedure is the same procedure that we adopted early on in the pandemic with non-ventilated CPR.
Physical Competency Assessments (PCAs) will start on Monday 08 June 2020 at Balmoral Fire Station.
Hopefully by now most of you will have heard of or maybe even met Mel Johnson, our Te Hiku Region Welfare Officer.
Timetable for the PCA practice runs to be held at Takapuna station.
Auckland has experienced a long dry summer with far less rainfall received than normal resulting in reduced storage capacity in the Hunua and Waitakere water storage dams. As a result Auckland’s water supply situation is becoming more severe.
Operational Instruction No. 7 was issued on 13th May to provide guidance on how we will operate safely during Covid-19 Alert Level 2. The guidance below was included in this notice.

Level 2 does mean things get back to some normality but with continuing restrictions. However, it is now an important time where we all must exercise even more self-discipline to ensure we stay alert and keep ourselves safe.Although the number of cases of COVID-19 remain low, the risk is still there. Please don’t let your guard down.
