This notice is to follow up on 008/2019: New local operational planning procedures. Fire and Emergency New Zealand now has a responsibility to review Emergency Response Plans (ERP). Some stations may have already received an ERP to review.

Situation
A soil moisture gauge / nuclear density meter (NDM) was stolen from a vehicle in Auckland overnight 19/20 December 2018. The police have been notified, and are working with the relevant individuals to support the recovery of the stolen item.

Auckland City Station BA hub has 2 loan Multi-Rae gas detectors available, for Areas 3, 4 and 5, to be used as temporary replacements should your detector require servicing or repair.
