Hauraki communities south of Pūkorokoro / Miranda and above Maramarua, including Kaiaua and Whakatīwai moved to Alert Level 3 at 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 September. A section 70 notice remains in place for those who have visited the affected area.
Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 at 11.59pm on Tuesday 21 September. The rest of the country remains at Alert Level 2.
Auckland remains at Alert Level 4 and the rest of the country remains at Alert Level 2. This will be reviewed by the Government on Monday 20 September.
