Do not handle this substance which is found in old first aid kits and is typically yellow. Ensure the building where the substance is found is isolated and evacuated. Notify New Zealand Defence Force ordnance disposal via NZ Police.

Urgently check the circlip fasteners on the pawl arrester device on the AS aluminium trussed 10.5 & 14m (464) rescue ladders as detailed below.
