Recent updates to the Portal have made single sign-on (SSO) work for personnel accessing the Portal on the Fire and Emergency NZ network. This means when you’re using a Fire and Emergency NZ computer and connected to the network, clicking the ‘Log In’ button will log you in automatically into the Portal.
As of 11am this morning, all Fire and Emergency NZ issued mobile devices have been suffering a Spark network outage. The issue is intermittent, but affecting the whole country.
We’ve listened to your feedback and introduced several enhancements to improve your experience with the Portal, which is now Fire and Emergency New Zealand’s main information channel.
