Discounts and Benefits available to Fire and Emergency

You will receive discounts off the majority of products in store at participating Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 Mega stores nationwide. The discount will generally be between 5% and 12%.

To access the discounts present your Fire and Emergency ID card in store and reference our account name: M10-FENZ

You’ll need to use cash or eftpos for payment as this is a 'cash only' account.

You may also be asked to provide a separate form of ID, for example a driver licence.

Some lines (for example, Every Day Low Price or Nett Priced specials) may be excluded from discounting.   

Some promotional pricing may potentially exceed the 12% discount at the discretion of a participating store; in this case, you will receive the best price of the two discounted rates.
