Our Strategic Direction & Strategic Implementation Programme
The Strategic Implementation Programme (SIP) supports branches to put key initiatives into action so we can collectively achieve our Strategic Direction and become the organisation we aim to be by 2030. This year will bring significant change as we focus on priorities, make improvements, and move our mahi forward.
