Menopause resources
World Menopause Day is held every year on 18 October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of menopause and the support options available for improving women’s health and wellbeing.
During the week 14 – 18 October 2024, the Cross Agency Uniformed Services Menopause Network held five lunchtime sessions where experts talked about a range of subjects such as navigating menopause effectively, the symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options and myths surrounding menopause, and much more.
These workshops are open to everyone including tane and whānau. You will need to create your own appointments in your calendars because the webinars are being hosted by Corrections and each link is specific to each webinar.
