From July 1st this year the new Fire legislation and in particular Sec 33 requires significant support for volunteers across the organisation.
This Notice confirms the details for payment of the 2017 Physical Competency Assessment (PCA) payment for eligible staff. Payment is planned for 21 June 2017 for fortnightly paid staff and 20 June 2017 for monthly paid staff.

The National Recruitment Team (NRT) would like to advise staff who may have friends or family interested in joining the NZ Fire Service that online applications are now open for this round.
