Would you like to be a career recruit trainer?

NTC is looking for trainers for career recruit courses in 2023.

Applications are sought for x3 trainers for RCTP02301 and x3 trainers for RCTP02304, on secondment to NTC, Rotorua for the January and April 2023 Career Recruit courses. 

The role is for three months (may consider appointment to both courses i.e. 6 months) and you will be based in Rotorua for the duration of the course. 

We are seeking people with a passion for training and personal and professional development.

Being a Career Recruit trainer is a great opportunity to develop the newest members of Fire and Emergency New Zealand to become safe and competent Firefighters. This is a very rewarding course. You will experience and be a part of their growth from day 1, to graduation 12 weeks later.
