Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week. How are you and your team going to get involved? 

2020 hasn’t been easy and this week is a great opportunity for us to reimagine what wellbeing looks like together.

Organise your team and get ready to play bingo! The Bingo sheet has lots of activities to pick and choose from; you might arrange a potluck meal, learn a new skill, practice meditation, give up your car for the day, or complete a random act of kindness.
