On 5 November 2020 we provided you with an update about a technical issue that occurred with the display of Employee START DATEs in SMS. 

The IT team has now resolved this issue (for most operational personnel) in the HR/Payroll and SMS systems. Your Start Date will now be reflecting the correct date, and your leave accruals will be displaying the correct balance. 

Note: There is a very small number of employees still affected (those with “previous service leave” entitlements and leave accruals). 

The HRIS and IT teams are working to resolve this remaining issue as quickly as they can.
