Targeted consultation opens on 4 February

This week we will be undertaking a small number of targeted re-consultation processes across the organisation. 

The targeted re-consultation period opens on 4 February 2026 and closes at 4 pm on 19 February 2026. 

The Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) received a lot of thoughtful and constructive feedback through the consultation period. This has resulted in new ideas and options to consider. 

Where the feedback has changed the proposed structure and the new design differs fundamentally from what was outlined in the original consultation document, targeted re-consultation is required. 

Only some people will be part of re-consultation. If your role, or in some cases your team, is part of a proposed new design that differs fundamentally from what was proposed in the consultation document, you will be involved. Not all changes being made as part of the decision-making process will require re-consultation. 

Once re-consultation processes are complete and the comments considered, the final decisions from both the original consultation and re-consultation and confirmed structure will be shared with everyone through the Decision Document on 18 March.
