Our ICT team is continuing their work to update and replace key network configurations and components at our Auckland and Wellington datacentres. This is to ensure our systems remain safe and secure moving forward.

As part of this, urgent changes are needed on Tuesday evening, from 7pm to 11pm. This time was chosen to ensure the impact to the business is minimised.

During this time, you may experience a brief loss of connectivity to services such as remote access, wireless network connectivity and internet access. These outages should not last more than three to five minutes.

Should you experience any ICT-related issues with other systems or applications during this window we would ask that you wait until after 11pm and attempt again to access whichever system was not working during the outage window.
