Stocktake on wellbeing and support services
We are changing our culture to better reflect our values and expectations of our people.
Part of improving our culture involves providing the right wellbeing and support services for our people and reviewing these on a regular basis to ensure they are meeting the need of the organisation.
We are interested in feedback about the wellbeing and support options to find out what could be improved, changed or added.
National Manager Workplace Culture and Change, Elizabeth Church says, “providing wellbeing and support services for all our people is an important part of our culture. We're doing a stocktake of our wellbeing and support options to grow and identify any gaps in our current services. This will enable us to have the best support services available for our people.”
