A new timeline for final decisions on proposed People Branch changes has been announced by Kerry. These are now expected to be released in the New Year.

There was extensive engagement from across our organisation in the recent consultation process. Because of the significant volume and the depth of feedback received, further engagement is being completed on some aspects of the proposal, so timelines have been extended. A follow-up consultation is planned for early to mid- December. The audience for this will be confirmed following the current round of engagement.

The proposed reset aims to better align our People Branch to our organisational priorities, to ensure the foundations are strong and to simplify, streamline and standardise services.

All of the latest information and updated timeline can be found on the People Branch Reset Portal page.
