Chief Executive Kerry Gregory has made final decisions on the new structure for the People Branch. In a video conference today, Kerry and Deputy Chief Executive, People Janine Hearn detailed the decisions and thanked the People Branch for their ongoing professionalism throughout the restructure process.

The People Branch Reset began in April 2022 with several months of research to understand how the branch operated and to identify opportunities for efficiencies and alignment of functions.

Organisation-wide consultations were held in September and December 2022 and close to 300 submissions were considered, along with several workshops and other meetings.

The Region Training aspect of the consultation was consulted separately in 2023 and submissions closed on Friday 17 February. Decisions on the Region Training proposals can be expected in early March.
